QA Lab Software

QA Lab software - The application is for Max India's Maxxon Division based near Ropar (Punjab). It is deployed in Quality lab of the organization, where thickness data for film produced is gathered from attached equipment stored in a dbf format. Software by depending on the given parameters, clears the film roll as passed or roll is sent back for re-treatment. The analysis reports are both text and graphic reports. Online Customized graphical reports are generated for given roll/production lot/comparison of various rolls in Postscript format, which are viewed/printed by using a combination of Ghostscript and GSView. The application is used around the clock by various personnel of quality lab.
